TimeTree Calendar Instructions

  • Artists need to create a TimeTree profile with your name

  • You have received links for all the available spaces (upstairs studio, upstairs studio (private) downstairs studio, woodshop studio, artist glaze room, kiln room, dry materials room/spray booth, photocube

  • Open the calendar for the space you would like to access and sign-up according to the rules of the space (see below). Include start and end times.

  • If you are moving between spaces (upstairs shared space and glaze room), you must sign-up on each calendar so we can control space usage. Artists should group activities (ex. spend 10-1 working in studio space and then 1-3 glazing in glaze room. If someone is coming in to glaze and they have to just stop by their space quickly to get their pots, you don’t need to sign up on the studio calendar to do this)

  • If you are onsite and see that a space is empty that you want to access (ex. not signed up for the glaze room but see no one is in there), you must check the calendar and sign-up for the space.

  • If you know you are taking a break for lunch from 12-1, sign up for the time before and after your lunch break so another artist can get in during that hour

  • If your plans change, please update the calendar as soon as possible so other artists can access the space

  • Continue signing up for all of the kilns on the shared kiln calendar so we can control the room usage. Same firing rules apply that you can only fire one electric kiln at a time and you must fire the electric kilns after 5pm.
