Announcing Hand In Hand 2024 Honorees
Celebrating artists who have called Clay Art Center their creative home for 25 years.
Clay Art Center is pleased to announce the Honorees for our Hand In Hand Annual Benefit & Auction, 2024. This year, we are celebrating several artists in our Artist Program who have called Clay Art Center their creative home for 25 years or more. These artists have not only individually developed their significant creative talents in our Artist Program, but have contributed to the growth and community of Clay Art Center as a whole through their work as volunteers, instructors, and clay enthusiasts. Clay Art Center honors:
Kazuko Lee,
Denis Licul,
Deb Mawhinney,
Gloria Nixon-Crouch,
and Marilyn Richeda.
Please join us on Saturday, October 19th, from 4pm to 6pm at Clay Art Center as we come together to celebrate these artists, and our vibrant, creative community. We will share an evening filled with joy and Clay Art Center history, as we hear from our honorees, our Board, and other invited guests. Join in the excitement of the online auction and make your bid the winner for exquisite artist-donated pieces. Learn more and purchase your ticket today.
“I joined Clay Art Center as an artist-member in 2000, a year after I moved to New York from my home country Croatia. For 25 years, Clay Art Center has provided me with a space to work and grow as a person, artist, and teacher and an inspiring community where I feel at home.”
- Denis Licul (Clay Art Center artist and community arts teacher)
