Celebrating Our Rising Stars! | ¡Celebrando nuestras estrellas en ascenso!
Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating the work of Clay Art Center students and teachers. | Gracias a todos los que se reunieron con nosotros para celebrar las obras de los profesores y estudiantes de Clay Art Center.
This past Saturday marked the Opening Reception for the Rising Stars Annual Student Exhibition, a show of more than 200 works created in the past year by adult, youth, and Community Arts students and teachers at Clay Art Center. Every year, this exhibition provides the opportunity to showcase the amazing breadth of work that students at Clay Art Center create. Working from the same selection of clays and glazes, students produce a diverse range of unique and engaging pieces that serve as testament to their individual creativity. We are immensely grateful for the energy, passion, and joy that students and teachers bring to their work, and it is an honor to see the growth that takes place in Clay Art Center programs every year. Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate our Rising Stars!
If you have not had time to visit the exhibition yet, we hope you’ll stop by and be inspired by the incredible work of Clay Art Center Students. The exhibition is available to view during open gallery hours now through February 15, 2025.
Este sábado pasado fue la recepción de apertura de nuestra exhibición anual estudiantil Estrellas en Ascenso, una exposición de más de 200 obras creadas en el año pasado por estudiantes adultos, jóvenes, y de Artes comunitarias en Clay Art Center. Cada año, esta exhibición provee una oportunidad de presentar la amplitud asombrosa de obras que estudiantes en Clay Art Center crean. Trabajando con la misma selección de arcillas y esmaltes, los estudiantes producen una variedad diversa de piezas únicas y atractivas que sirven como testigo a su creatividad individual. Estamos inmensamente agradecidos por la energía, pasión, y alegría que los estudiantes y profesores traen a sus obras, y es un honor ver el crecimiento que acontece en los programas de Clay Art Center cada año. Gracias a todos los que vinieron a Estrellas en Ascenso!
