Opening Reception for Come Together

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the opening reception of Come Together, this year’s Clay Art Center Artist exhibition!

This past Saturday marked the Opening Reception for this year’s annual Clay Art Center Artist exhibition, a show that features the work of Clay Art Center’s studio artist program. This year’s exhibition, Come Together, is made up of ceramic works in two parts, which come together to form something greater than their parts. The show is curated by former Artist-in-Residence Kelli Stewart, who had this to say about the work, “As a past Artist-in-residence at Clay Art Center, I was delighted to recognize the evolution of familiar member’s work, to see the maturation of their ideas, and to look back and see how the seeds of then, have now come to fruition. The progression from then until now is particularly moving- the growth, the exploration, the pushing of boundaries in ways that I didn’t imagine. I am extremely honored to be a part of this and so proud to be a part of the Clay Art Center legacy.” Thank you to everyone who joined us in celebrating the artists who call Clay Art Center home, and their beautiful works!

If you have not had time to visit the exhibition yet, we hope you’ll stop by and enjoy the incredible work of Clay Art Center Artists. The exhibition is available to view during open gallery hours now through April 5, 2025, as well as online.
